- Any seniors interested in attending the education fair at the Orr Building on the State Fairgrounds from 12:30-2:30 on Wednesday, October 8, please let Mrs. Daniel know by Friday, September 12.
- Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors interested in participating in Senator McClure’s Youth Advisory Council this year, please let Mrs. Daniel know by Friday, September 12.
- Any students interested in serving on Mayor Misty Buscher’s Youth Council, please let Mrs. Daniel know by Friday, September 12.
- Seniors interested in majoring in music in college, See Mrs. Daniel for more information about scholarships being offered by SouthEast Missouri State University.
- Students interested in the military and the military academies, plan to attend Service Academy day at the Northfield Center on Saturday, September 27 at 10am. More info can be found on the flyer in the hall.
- Cross Country and Golf Teams are having a Fundraiser selling individual Bundtlet cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes for $7.00. There is a QR code to order online.
- Honor card applications are being accepted until Thursday at 3:15. Put the application in a basket on Ms. Goetsch’s desk.

Sports Update:
The Lutheran High Golf Team had a meet on Tuesday night at Lincoln Greens Golf Course in Springfield. The other schools participating were Rochester, Raymond Lincolnwood and Lanphier/ Southeast. The Crusaders finished in fourth place with Max as our low scorer with a 43. The Crusaders are back on the course on Wednesday at the MSM Conference meet in Auburn.
The volleyball team lost in conference action last night 20-25, 20-25. The girls never stopped fighting but are learning how to continue to push to close out a match! Thanks to all the fans for coming out! The stands were loud and encouraging. We appreciate you!
