• eniors interested in a career in Physical or Occupational Therapy, please see the poster in the hall regarding the Illinois Elks Scholarship Program.  Applications open December 1.

• Freshman and Sophomores – turn in your Field Trip Permission Forms!!

• Seniors – UIS is waiving application fees until December 1.  They are also hosting open houses in October and November.

• LuHi Music Program is having a fundraiser at Panera (White Oaks Dr) on October 13 from 4-8pm.

Sports Update: 

Cross Country traveled south to Carlinville.  Lydian placed 3rd, Jeramy placed 13th and Landon placed 25th – all receiving medals.  Alleigh and Tucker both set PRs!

Volleyball lost a tough one to Calvary.  The girls battled hard in game 2 losing 19-25 and just a few errors kept them from taking it to 3 sets.  The team was led in kills by Aver with 3.  Thank you to all the students who came to cheer us on – your encouragement does not go unnoticed.
