- First Naz is having “Warm Giving” the month of November. They are accepting donations of new/ used sleeping bags, shoes, queen blankets and new socks.
- Seniors interested in a career in Physical or Occupational therapy, please see poster in the hall regarding Illinois Elk Scholarship Program.
- UIS is waiving the application fee until December 1.
- Camp CILCA’s Fall Work Day is this Saturday, November 1 from 8:30-11:30. Come and help get the campgrounds ready for the winter months, earn 3 service hours, and get a free lunch. Meet at the Dining Hall at 8:30.
- Please help at Zion Lutheran Church in Pleasant Plains. Their church will have a Living Nativity on 11/30/25. Church membership is low and there are very few kids. We could use your help. Come at 4:30 pm, the Living Nativity is from 5-7 pm. Or come and help for the first hour, etc. Your help is needed. Let Michele Stremsterfer know and ask questions at 217.626.1974.
Sports Update:
The volleyball team fell in Regionals last night to Calvary. The girls saw so much growth this year and anyone that saw us from day 1 knows the vast improvement that took place throughout this season. We are thankful for the seniors and their commitment and leadership to the team. Thank you for the amazing fan section and continuing to be loud and show encouragement throughout the whole season but especially last night! You are the best!

Carter in Dual Credit Novels for excellent class participation, behavior and/or leadership.

Kahne in Publications for excellent work on newsletter project, getting photos outside of class, and overall effort and participation in class.
Alex in Business Marketing for being a great leader in class, he has great ideas and is willing to go the extra mile with his Game Day posts to make them look even more professional.
