Announcements:

• Auditions for the spring play “8 Minutes Left” on February 17-19 at 3:30.  There are posters in the halls and you can borrow scripts from Mr. Bulava.

• Check out lost and found.  Items will go to Goodwill on Friday afternoon!

• Mrs. Daniel may be in after 2.  Email with questions.

• Sangamon County Clerk is asking for juniors or seniors to serve as poll workers for the upcoming March 17th Primary Election.  You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 and complete the training course.  Applications are available from Mrs. Daniel or Ms. Goetsch.  If assigned, pay is $220.

• Horatio Alger Junior Scholarship, deadline March 1st.  This scholarship supports current high school juniors with financial need who aspire to pursue higher education.  Selected scholars receive final support, financial aid counseling, college selection advising, and other support services.  Criteria:  Enrolled as a full-time high school junior, demonstrate critical financial need < $100,000, display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity, 2.0 GPA, be a US citizen.  For details visit https://horatioalger.org/scholarships
