The thing I like about working at LuHi the most is the people I work with.

Biography: I was born in Northwest Indiana but lived and grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I went to both public and parochial schools for my K-12 educational career. I graduated in 2005 from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota with Bachelor of the Arts degree in secondary social studies education and dual minors in theater and theology. I have worked in both public and parochial schools in Las Vegas. While there I met and married my wife and had their only daughter. I moved to teach in the Lutheran school in Decatur, Illinois in 2012. I joined the LuHi faculty in 2017.

I have taught a wide range of social studies and religion courses in the span of my 20+year career. I currently helps with drama, basketball, and leadership groups.
