Coach Pickett is preparing for another awesome Scholastic Bowl season.  Last year’s team exceeded expectations and even won a regional match.  Matches do not begin until later this year or early next year, but Coach Pickett would like to start practices in the near future.  If you have any interest, please email Coach Pickett at [email protected].  All are welcome.

For all those who want LuHi gear for Fridays, shirt forms are due

There will be no traditional auditions for the fall play. Students interested in acting in “The Iliad, the Odyssey, and all of Greek Mythology in 99 minutes” should talk to Mr. Bulava to get a script and let him know about any potential conflicts. Rehearsals begin next week and will be held directly after school (3:30-4:30 pm) and in the evening (7:00-8:00 pm), depending on the day and other school events.

Boys Golf plays at Brookhills at 4:00. CANCELLED

Boys soccer plays Highland in the Carlinville tournament at 7pm.

Girls volleyball has a home game at Our Saviors with JV at 6 and varsity to follow.

Cross Country travels to Jacksonville for a 6pm meet. CANCELLED

Help is also needed on October 10th from 10-2 to help set up and run events.
