- Menards Electric Cooperative to a senior and their parent/legal guardian must be a Menard Electric Cooperative member with their primary residence or business served by the cooperative. Deadline is March 1. Details and application at www.menard.com/scholarships
- Mr. Jeffers will be placing an order for P.E. shirts Friday afternoon. Please let him know immediately if you wish to purchase new or additional shirts. They are $15 each.
- SCS is looking to bring new staff to their after school program for the 3rd and 4th quarters. The age requirement is 16. If any LuHi students are interested, you can reach SCS office at 217.698.1933 or email at [email protected]
- The Community Foundation’s 2026 scholarship program is now accepting applications through March 1. Students may access the application through our website using the URL: https://cfll.org/Grants-Scholarships/Scholarships Or QR code (on poster in hallway)
- Please welcome Haven who is shadowing today.
- Students go to the chapel for Leadership.
- There are 4 scholarships available from Illinois Municipal Utilities Association for students pursuing a degree or trade license. The deadline to apply is March 13. For information see poster in the hallway or Mrs. Daniel.
- The Engineering Society of Illinois – Capital Chapter is giving out scholarships to students who plan to go on to study engineering in college. The deadline is January 31. The get an application please see Mrs. Daniel or Ms. Goetsch.

Kaylynn in girls basketball for her phenomenal attitude and effort.
Lizz in cheer for all her hard work helping train new bases in stunting, she is patient and takes time to explain things.
Jeramy in boys basketball. He was the leading scorer in the Waverly tournament for our team. He had multiple crucial steals and blocks which helped us advance to the consolation championship game.
