Sports Update: 

The boys track team had an incredible meet last night at Lincoln.  They ended the night with 18 personal bests across the team.  First place finishes in the TJ, the mile, the 4×100, and 4×200 and second in the 100m made for an exciting night!  Landen pulled out a remarkable 4:52.17 in the mile clocking his first sub-5 minute mile with a nearly 14 second PR!  Outstanding performances all around!

Baseball took the win vs Tri-City in conference action.

Softball lost tonight to Plains.  Skylar did good, she went 4 for 4 and had 3 RBI’s.

Athletics of the Week:

Landen in track.  Landen ran a dub 5 mile tonight after running on the 4×100 and 4×200 so that is pretty impressive.

Judah in track.  Judah PRd in the mile and also ran lead off leg for those same relays.

AJ O in baseball.  He collected the win on the mound over Tri-City on Tuesday and hit a HR in that same game.

Leah in soccer for outstanding play at midfield and striker.  She provides great leadership and motivation for the team.

Skylar in softball.  Skylar played great defense this week and stepped up to the plate to help her team get the win vs Carlinville.
